Three things to carry
Not homework. Three small, specific, doable things, chosen from a wider pool against your life stage and where you are with faith. Chosen once, so the list is the same when you come back to it.
Held gently
Readers in grief, widowed, or separated are only ever served reflections a person has read first. Nothing auto-approved reaches them, whatever else exists.
